Poolbeg is a kitesurfing spot located at the entrance of Dublin port, on the east coast of Ireland. The spot is exposed to easterly and southeasterly winds. Conditions can be choppy due to maritime traffic and tidal currents. The spot is suitable for intermediate to advanced riders. The famous red Poolbeg chimneys serve as a landmark. Beware of currents at the port entrance.
