North Bull Island (Sutton) is a kitesurfing spot located at the northern end of Bull Island, Dublin. This spot offers shallow waters and a sandy bottom, perfect for beginners. The body of water is relatively flat and sheltered. Northeasterly and easterly winds are side-shore here. The significant tides of Dublin Bay create vast navigable areas at low tide. Very accessible spot from Dublin.
