Starnberger See at Feldafing is a spot located on the fifth largest lake in Germany, south of Munich. This pre-alpine lake offers a magnificent setting with views of the Alps and regular thermal winds. Westerly and southwesterly winds are dominant. The spot is suitable for intermediate riders. The Rose Island (Roseninsel) is visible from the spot.
