Anneville-sur-Mer is a discreet but effective kitesurf spot on the west coast of Cotentin, between Agon-Coutainville and Gouville-sur-Mer. One of its key advantages is that it works even at low tide — rare on this coast where havres empty completely. With south to southwest winds, it often gets stronger winds than neighbouring spots, making it a valued fallback option.
Wide sandy beach, lightly frequented, suited to both beginners and intermediates. Some waves, mainly for jumping rather than surfing — less powerful than Siouville. Pôle Kitesurf Normandie school operates here regularly. Roadside parking available. GOUVILLE weather station on site.

Works from north to southwest (N to SW). With south to southwest winds, often stronger than on neighbouring spots — ideal fallback in these conditions. Avoid at low tide during large coefficients: the sea retreats too far. Prefer mid-tide or high tide.
At low tide during large tidal coefficients, the sea retreats several kilometres — long walk to reach the water. Check summer regulations (swimming areas). Caution with offshore winds.
