Stroomi is an urban beach in the Pelguranna district, west of Tallinn's city centre. It is one of the most accessible kitesurfing spots in the Estonian capital.
The beach faces Kopli Bay, oriented to the north-west. West to north-west winds are most favourable. The bottom is sandy and the water shallow, making it a good spot for beginners in an urban setting.
Stroomi is easily accessible by public transport from central Tallinn. Stroomi Park is right behind the beach. The season runs from May to October.
