Mändjala is a kitesurfing spot on the south coast of Saaremaa, Estonia's largest island. The sandy beach faces the Gulf of Riga, offering good conditions in south and south-east winds.

The bottom is sandy and the water shallow, making it a good spot for beginners and intermediates. The beach is wide and provides enough space for launching and landing kites.

Mändjala is close to Kuressaare, Saaremaa's capital. Access is easy with nearby parking. The season runs from May to October. The spot is well protected from north winds by the island itself.
