Tarvanina Beach is on the north coast of Hiiumaa island, facing the Gulf of Finland. It is a secondary spot on the island, offering different conditions from the south-west coast.

The beach is sandy and faces north. North to north-west winds are most favourable, blowing onshore. The bottom is sandy and gradual. The spot is relatively sheltered from south winds by the island.

Hiiumaa is accessible by ferry from Rohuküla. The spot is quiet and uncrowded. The season runs from May to October. Suited for intermediate riders.
