Overview

Greatstone-on-Sea is located on the Kent coast, along the Dungeness beach. This long sand and pebble beach break offers reliable wind conditions and a vast space for riding. The spot is particularly popular in SW to S wind, with significant fetch from the English Channel. Less crowded area than the Sussex spots.

Hazards
Tidal currents along this low-lying coast. Dungeness beach is exposed and remote — do not sail alone. Pebble bottom in places.
