Brighton Le Sands is a very popular kitesurf spot located on the western shore of Botany Bay in Sydney, New South Wales. This urban spot offers flat water to light chop conditions in the sheltered bay waters, ideal for beginners and intermediates. The spot works mainly with northeast winds (summer sea breeze) which blow reliably from September to March. South winds are also rideable. The proximity to Sydney Airport makes it an easily accessible spot. Parking along the promenade, restaurants and cafes nearby. Watch out for the patrolled swimming area.
