Annan River Mouth is a kitesurf spot located near Cooktown, in far north Queensland. The Annan River mouth offers an interesting but isolated body of water. The spot works with the southeast trade winds from May to November. Watch out for saltwater crocodiles in the river and at the mouth. Very isolated spot, reserved for experienced and self-sufficient riders. Limited access.
