Waikiki is a surf spot located in the Miraflores district of Lima, Peru. It is one of the most accessible surf spots in the capital, with a wave suited for beginner surfers. The south wind blows in the afternoon between 10 and 18 knots from May to December. Kitesurfing is rarely practiced here due to heavy crowds and limited space. The spot is poorly suited for kitesurfing because of the density of surfers and swimmers. The water is cool (15-19°C).
