San Andres is a kitesurf spot located in the Ica region of Peru, near Paracas. This fishing village offers a beach with regular windy conditions. The south wind blows between 15 and 25 knots, particularly from October to April. The beach is open to the bay. The spot is suitable for intermediate riders. San Andres is a good alternative to Paracas Bay, with fewer crowds.
