Mendieta is a kitesurf spot located in the Paracas National Reserve, in the Ica region of Peru. This desert spot offers a wild beach with powerful windy conditions. The south wind blows strongly between 18 and 30 knots, particularly from October to April. The spot is exposed to Pacific waves.
