Los Muelles is a kitesurf spot located in the far north of Peru, in an area near the Ecuadorian border. The spot takes its name from the piers (muelles) along the coast. The south wind blows in the afternoon between 12 and 20 knots from March to December. The beach is open with moderate conditions. The spot is suitable for intermediate riders. The water is warm thanks to the proximity to the equator.
