YCY (Yacht Club Ypacaraí) is a kitesurfing spot on Lake Ypacaraí, in Paraguay's Central department. The Yacht Club offers organized access to the lake with water sports infrastructure.

The lake is kiteable with northerly or southerly winds. The best period is September to March. The water is shallow (3 m max) and offers flat conditions, ideal for progression and freestyle.
