Punta Blanca is a kitesurfing spot located in the Santa Elena province, on the southern Pacific coast of Ecuador. This spot is close to the city of Salinas and offers conditions suited to beginners. The wind blows mainly from the south, side-onshore, with intensities of 10 to 15 knots year-round. The windiest season runs from May to December. Conditions are generally mild, making it a good spot for learning. The beach is relatively quiet and uncrowded. The water is warm year-round. Punta Blanca is also a good spot for foiling thanks to the light and regular winds.
