Palo Buque is a kitesurfing spot located in the Tarapacá region of northern Chile, near Iquique. This spot offers regular windy conditions in a spectacular desert environment. The south to southwest wind blows in the afternoon between 15 and 22 knots, mainly from September to March. The coast is exposed to Pacific Ocean waves. The spot is suitable for intermediate to advanced riders.
