El Tranque Ovalle is a kitesurfing spot on a reservoir lake located in the hills of the Valparaiso region, in Chile, at 278 m altitude. This inland body of water offers flat water conditions. The thermal wind blows in the afternoon between 12 and 20 knots from September to March. The spot is suitable for beginner to intermediate riders thanks to the flat water. No tides or ocean currents.
