Tucuns est un spot de plage situé dans la région de Búzios, l'un des hauts lieux du kitesurf dans l'État de Rio de Janeiro. La côte est exposée aux vents de nord-est constants qui soufflent fort dans cette zone.

Le plan d'eau est océanique avec des vagues et un vent de NE side-shore. Búzios est célèbre pour la régularité de ses vents thermiques, particulièrement entre septembre et mars.
