Seper is a kitesurf spot located on the northern coast of Salvador, in Bahia. This beach offers ocean conditions with the regular Brazilian Northeast trade winds blowing from east to southeast. Winds of 15 to 25 knots from July to February are suitable for intermediate kitesurfers.
