Pacheco is a kitesurf spot located west of Fortaleza, between Icaraí and Cumbuco, in Ceará. This beach offers ocean conditions with the regular Northeast trade winds blowing from east to southeast. Winds of 15 to 25 knots from July to February are suited for intermediate riders.
