Overview

Pacheco est un spot de kitesurf situé à l'ouest de Fortaleza, entre Icaraí et Cumbuco, au Ceará. Cette plage offre des conditions océaniques avec les alizés réguliers du Nordeste soufflant d'est à sud-est. Les vents de 15 à 25 nœuds de juillet à février sont adaptés aux riders intermédiaires.
