Lagoa de Rio Pacoti is a freshwater lagoon located at the mouth of the Pacoti River, southeast of Fortaleza. This flat body of water offers ideal conditions for kitesurfing and wingfoil beginners. The Northeast trade winds blow from east to southeast from July to February with regular winds.
