Ilha do Presídio est un spot situé près de Galinhos, dans le Rio Grande do Norte. La zone offre des eaux peu profondes et calmes, idéales pour les débutants en kitesurf.

Les alizés de sud-est soufflent entre 15 et 25 nœuds de juillet à février, avec une grande régularité. Le plan d'eau plat et le cadre isolé en font un lieu parfait pour l'apprentissage.
