Icaraí est un spot de kitesurf urbain situé à l'ouest de Fortaleza, au Ceará. Cette plage proche de la ville offre un accès facile avec les alizés constants du Nordeste soufflant d'est à sud-est de juillet à février. Les vents de 15 à 25 nœuds conviennent aux riders intermédiaires.
