Dina Huapi is a kitesurfing spot located on Lake Nahuel Huapi, at the eastern entrance of the lake, in Rio Negro Province. This spot offers access to the vast body of water of Nahuel Huapi in a spectacular Patagonian mountain setting. The prevailing winds blow from the west and northwest, channelled by the Andean valleys, with intensities of 15 to 25 knots and gusts that can exceed 40 knots. The best season runs from November to February. The water is cold (wetsuit mandatory) and the body of water can become rough with chop. Suitable for intermediate and advanced riders.
