Jordan River is a legendary surf and kitesurf spot located on the south coast of Vancouver Island, about 1h west of Victoria. The spot faces southwest toward the Juan de Fuca Strait and receives Pacific swells. It's primarily a wave spot, very popular with surfers. The village is tiny and remote.
Regular waves fed by Pacific swells through the Juan de Fuca Strait. Pebble and rock bottom. The point break creates quality waves in SW swell. Cold water (7-11°C). Powerful conditions in big swells.
