Allenwood Beach is on the south shore of Georgian Bay, near Wasaga Beach. This quieter spot faces north toward the bay. Less known than Wasaga, it offers more space and fewer conflicts with swimmers. Sandy beach with conditions similar to Wasaga. Popular with local kitesurfers avoiding the Wasaga crowds.

Sudden thunderstorms on Georgian Bay. Coastal currents possible. Some swimmers in summer. Less supervision than Wasaga Beach.
