Bayshore is a spot on Cooking Lake, southeast of Edmonton, at 735 m altitude. The lake is part of the Cooking Lake-Blackfoot Natural Area. Modest but accessible water body (30 min from Edmonton). NW and SE prairie winds work well. Season from June to September.

Limited space. Protected area — regulations to respect. Fishing boats. Shallow bottom. Summer thunderstorms. Mosquitoes in June-July.
