Overview

Kitesurfing spot in the North Sea. Huge beach. There are no boundaries for kitesurfing except the prohibition of navigation in the swimming area. The beach is shared with swimmers, horse riders, beachgoers, dogs, ...but there is plenty of space! Sometimes you have to walk (a lot) to reach the sea due to the tide going out.

Parking
Large paid parking lot, 10 euros per day + tourist tax of 3 euros per person. Parking is prohibited from 10 PM to 7:30 AM.

Swimming area
Tides can be strong. When the tide rises, small pools fill up. Be careful not to touch the bottom! Same caution applies when the water recedes.
