Masirah Island - Ras Hilf is a kitesurfing spot located on the east coast of Masirah Island in Oman, on a cape offering a body of water with different exposures depending on wind direction. The Khareef (southwest) blows powerfully from June to September. This Ras Hilf spot can offer more sheltered conditions than the west coast depending on orientation. The bottom is sandy and the water relatively shallow. Suitable for beginners in the sheltered areas.
