Praia do Pouso is a beach located in the Ilha Grande bay, on the Costa Verde of the State of Rio de Janeiro. This very sheltered spot offers calm water surrounded by mountains covered in tropical forest. Winds are weak and irregular due to the protection of the islands and hills. The setting is magnificent but wind conditions are limited. A spot for experienced foil riders in light wind.
