Ciney is a snowkite spot between Monin and Mohiville (Namur province, Wallonia), at 278m altitude on the Condroz plateau. Open fields with no fences, trees or power lines — a clean and safe snowkite terrain. One of the more accessible Wallonia snowkite spots from central Belgium.
