This river spot offers a unique experience with the Missouri's current and sustained prairie winds. Wide area with accessible sandbars. Uncrowded spot with plenty of space. Beware of river current — spot reserved for experienced riders. Season from May to October.
Missouri River freshwater with limited visibility (turbid water). Water temperature from 0°C in winter (frozen) to 24°C in summer. Constant river current. Sandy bottom with shifting sandbars. Variable and unpredictable depth. Full 4/3 wetsuit in spring/fall, shorty in summer.
