Overview

Cape Zanpa is a kitesurfing spot on the west coast of Okinawa's main island, near the famous Zanpa Lighthouse. This cape offers exposure to northeast winds in winter and south winds in summer. The scenery is spectacular with limestone cliffs.

The water is more exposed than Okinawa's lagoon spots. Tides are significant. Suited for intermediate to advanced riders due to exposure.
