Oasis 212 is a luxury eco-friendly kitecamp on the El Argoub spot, further south in the Dakhla lagoon, below the famous White Dune. Founded by Omar Chaabi as an upscale, eco-responsible project combining kitesurfing, wellness, and gastronomy.
The spot is confidential and well-preserved — far from the crowds of the main lagoon. Private beach access on 160,000 m² of coastal desert. Very flat water, shallow lagoon, constant wind. Perfect for beginners discovering kite and advanced riders seeking uncrowded conditions for progression, strapless, or foil.
The chalets are spacious (60 m²) with lagoon or garden views, accommodating up to 4 people. Gourmet restaurant celebrating Moroccan cuisine with local and fresh products. Wellness centre with spa, hammam, yoga. Children's club and playground. Digital nomad-friendly with dedicated workspaces.
Excursions to the White Dune, desert safaris, catamaran trips, fishing, hot springs, and oyster farm visits.
Oasis 212 kite school — North equipment. Qualified multilingual instructors. Semi-private courses (1 instructor + 1 kite per 2 students) and private courses. Rental available for autonomous riders. Boat safety on the water. Also: yoga, spa, hammam, fishing excursions, desert 4x4, hot springs, oyster farm visits.
Lagoon — very flat water, shallow, sandy bottom. Spot faces the Dakhla peninsula across the water. Constant N/NNE wind. Ideal for beginners (standing area) and advanced riders (space, flat water for foil/freestyle). Kites 7-12m. Excursions organized to other spots and White Dune.

Year-round. Best wind: April-October (300+ kiteable days/year). Stable temperatures around 25°C. Winter: lighter wind, wave surfing excursions on the ocean side. Catamaran, desert, fishing excursions available.
Beginner
Very flat lagoon water, shallow with sandy bottom. Crystal-clear water. Sheltered conditions. Water 19-23°C. Wetsuit 3/2mm, shorty in summer. Flamingos and occasional dolphins in the area.
Located on the continental side, south of the lagoon, El Argoub area. About 1h from Dakhla airport (4x4 through the desert). Free airport transfers included. Chalets with direct beach/spot access. Flights: Royal Air Maroc (via Casa/Marrakech), Transavia direct Paris-Dakhla (Mon & Fri), Air Arabia (via Marrakech), Binter (Las Palmas).
Dominant N/NNE wind, consistent 300+ days/year. 15-25 knots typical, stronger in summer. Stable temperatures ~25°C year-round. Southern lagoon position — less crowded, well-preserved. Similar wind to the main lagoon but more space and fewer riders.
Very safe spot — sheltered lagoon with shallow water. Sandy bottom. Intense Saharan sun — protection mandatory. Isolated location, about 1h from airport — always ride with supervision. Boat safety provided. Note: Oasis 212 is a dry camp (no alcohol served).
