Marmion Beach is a kitesurfing spot located in the northern suburbs of Perth, Western Australia. This beach is part of the Marmion Marine Park, a protected marine area offering sailing conditions with reefs and abundant marine life.

The prevailing south to southwest winds, the "Fremantle Doctor," blow side-shore on this west-facing beach. Summer thermal breezes are very reliable. The water is oceanic with moderate chop. The spot is suited for intermediate riders.

Parking is available at the beachfront. Perth offers all amenities. Watch out for reefs in the marine park and protected zones. Snorkeling is also popular in this area.
