Embouchure de la rivière Ste-Marguerite

Embouchure de la rivière Ste-Marguerite

Overview

Kitesurf spot at the Sainte-Marguerite River mouth, in the Sept-Îles area on the North Shore. The Sainte-Marguerite River, famous for its salmon fishing, creates a sandy beach area at its mouth in the Gulf of St. Lawrence. The setting is wild and spectacular, typical of the North Shore. The water is completely open to the Gulf. The mix of river freshwater and Gulf saltwater creates particular conditions.
