Enclosed bay: winds often irregular with gusts and lulls. Favourable orientations: W, NE and SW. NW and SE less favourable (wind shadow from headlands). High tide only — no water at low tide. Perfect flat water when conditions align. Light-wind sessions possible thanks to flat water (foil, wing).
Oyster beds on the left of the spot — avoid them, especially at mid-tide when submerged and invisible. Port traffic (pleasure boats, dinghies, vedettes). Winds irregular due to enclosed bay — unexpected gusts and lulls. Works only at high tide: at low tide, rocks emerge. Do not navigate in the port channel.
