Rules Beach is an isolated kitesurfing spot located on the Queensland coast, south of Bundaberg. This wild and uncrowded beach offers a long stretch of sand with access to the Pacific Ocean. The spot is appreciated for its natural and preserved character. Southeasterly trade winds dominate the wind conditions, blowing cross-shore. Waves are present but generally moderate in size. The bottom is sandy. The beach is very long and offers considerable space to ride without constraints. The spot is suitable for self-sufficient intermediate riders. Due to its isolation, there are no rescue services nearby. It is essential to ride with a buddy and be self-sufficient in case of problems. Access is via a track from the main road.
