Sunrise Beach (Muizenberg Circle) is a section of Muizenberg beach near the traffic circle, offering good access to the False Bay water. Beginner-friendly spot with sandy bottom and onshore wind. Less known than the Corner, it offers more peace and quiet for riding.
Works in SE, from October to March. Rideable at all tides. Thermal wind kicks in early afternoon.
