La Placa est un spot de kitesurf situé sur la côte ouest du Ceará, près de Jericoacoara. Ce spot offre des conditions de vent excellentes avec les alizés de sud-est qui soufflent fort et régulièrement.

Le plan d'eau est adapté aux riders intermédiaires, dans un cadre naturel entre dunes et océan. Haute saison de juillet à février.
