Buddina Beach is a kitesurfing spot located on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, just south of Mooloolaba. This ocean beach offers a long stretch of sand with good conditions for kitesurfing when the southeasterly trade winds blow. The prevailing southeasterly wind arrives side-shore, offering ideal conditions for wave riding. The bottom is sandy and the waves are moderate in size. The spot benefits from the proximity of Point Cartwright to the north, which provides some wind channelling. The best season is from October to March. The spot is suitable for intermediate riders. Buddina Beach is a quiet residential area with street parking nearby. Public showers and toilets are available on the coastal promenade.
