Omokoroa Main Beach is a kitesurfing spot located on the main beach of the Omokoroa Peninsula, in the Bay of Plenty. The beach faces east, offering direct exposure to sea breezes coming from offshore. The main wind is the sea breeze from the northeast to east, particularly reliable during the summer months (November to March). The water area is influenced by tides, with sandy areas exposed at low tide. Conditions are suitable for intermediate kitesurfers thanks to a relatively sheltered water area.
