Great Peconic Bay is a kitesurf spot located on the large Peconic Bay, between the north and south forks of Long Island. This vast body of water offers excellent fetch and varied conditions depending on wind direction. One of the best spots in the area for bay kiting.
Large bay body of water with significant fetch in multiple directions. Flat to moderate chop conditions. Generally shallow water near shores with deeper areas in the center. Moderate tidal currents.
