Praia do Flamengo is a kitesurf spot located on the coast of Salvador, in Bahia. This beach offers ocean conditions with the regular trade winds of the Brazilian Northeast blowing from east to southeast from July to February. Winds of 15 to 25 knots are suitable for intermediate kitesurfers.
