Lovns Bredning is a wide body of water in the Limfjord between the Salling peninsula, Mors and the Jutland mainland, near Lundø island. Versatile spot working with a wide arc of directions (S to WNW). Shells on the bottom. Renowned training ground — Denmark's top windsurfers train here.

Flat to small chop. Shallow in the coastal zone. No tidal influence. Shells on the bottom — main hazard. Water 8°C (winter) to 23°C (summer) — wetsuit always required.
Shells on the bottom — booties recommended. Small parking area. Access from Skive, road 579 east then follow Lundø signs. Season: April to November, optimal May to October.
