Flag Ponds Nature Park is a kitesurfing spot on the west shore of the Chesapeake Bay, in Calvert County, Maryland. This nature park offers an isolated beach at the base of coastal cliffs, with direct bay access. The beach is known for its prehistoric shark tooth fossils found in the sand and cliffs. The spot offers good fetch east into the bay. Preserved natural setting far from urban bustle.
