De Kwartel is a kitesurf access point on the South Holland North Sea coast near Kijkduin (Den Haag), named after a beach access path. Open beach with good SW/W/NW exposure. Intermediate level. Part of the Kijkduin beach area.
Good alternative when main Kijkduin parking is full. NKV zone. Year-round accessible. North Sea conditions identical to Kijkduin — check wind/swell before heading there.
GPS: De Kwartel beach access, Kijkduin area, Den Haag. Access via N211 then beach path. Limited parking. Year-round. Adjacent to Kijkduin main beach.

North Sea conditions — waves, currents. Intermediate level. Wetsuit required. NKV zone rules. Similar hazards to Kijkduin (adjacent beach area). Tidal range. No permanent facilities at this access point.
