Lendrup Strand is a 700 m sandy beach east of Løgstør on the Limfjord. A long sandbank a few hundred metres offshore blocks waves and creates protected freeride and freestyle conditions. Large standing areas. The beach is composed of finely ground shell fragments — booties recommended due to mussel beds.
Flat water protected by the offshore sandbank. Large shallow standing areas. The left-hand part of the bay can become too shallow for long fins depending on water level and wind direction. Shell and sand bottom.
Beginner
Open all year round
Mussels on the bottom — booties strongly recommended. Very shallow areas on the left side of the bay in certain conditions. Free parking at Limfjordsmuseet in Løgstør. "Fiskehus" restaurant directly on the beach. Season: March to October.
