Spiaggia La Salina is a kitesurf spot in Calasetta, on the Sant'Antioco island, near the old salt flats that gave the beach its name. The spot benefits from the Maestrale (northwest) and Libeccio (west-southwest), typical of this exposed southwestern Sardinian coastline. The calm and shallow water near the former salt flat area makes it suitable for learning and freeride. A quiet local alternative to the main Spiaggia Grande di Calasetta, with the same excellent wind window.
